MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Justin A. Winger is a Family and Cosmetic Dentist in Citrus Heights, CA. He graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2007 and went on to complete an additional residency at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He became a dentist out of an innate desire to help people, and now enjoys a career that also enables him to express his artistic nature. What sets Dr. Winger apart is his compassion for each patient that he meets, and his desire to listen to their concerns. Although he enjoys all aspects of patient care, he finds that helping people smile more is the most rewarding.

DR. JUSTIN A. WINGER
Dr. Bahareh Rahmatian is passionate about Dentistry and Family. She is a 2007 Graduate from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. It is here that Dr. Rahmatian and Dr. Winger met and married soon after. They have dreamed for many years of opening a Family practice together. Dr. Rahmatian is a patient and gentle dentist. As an Embassador at the The Breathe Institute, Dr. Rahmatian has made it her mission to bring awareness to Pediatric Sleep and Breathing Disorders. She recognizes the life changing importance of airway management, nasal breathing and early intervention in young kids.

Through the years, Drs. Winger and Rahmatian have been involved in community and international service. Among others, they volunteer locally at the 'Give a Kids a Smile' program. This program provides complete dental services to under served children locally. Drs. Winger and Rahmatian have also traveled internationally to provide dental service and educate under served communities across the world- including the Philippines, Fiji, Malawi, and Ecuador.
